User Instructions

All available images, texts and catalogues may only be used in connection with Louis Steitz Secura GmbH + Co. KG.

1. STEITZ SECURA hereby grants the user the non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use media data, e.g. B. images, videos, logos and other files as provided by STEITZ SECURA.

2. The user may only use the data as it is made available by STEITZ SECURA. However, the user is allowed to use only parts of text modules from STEITZ SECURA if the context is not changed.
3. The user is also allowed to make size / color adjustments and file format adjustments if these adjustments are technically / creatively necessary and no meaningful design takes place.
   The user may only use the data to advertise STEITZ SECURA products. Any use of the data that is not related to STEITZ SECURA or STEITZ SECURA products is strictly prohibited. If the user uses the data in a way that is not permitted by STEITZ SECURA, the right to use the data ends immediately and STEITZ SECURA reserves the right to claim compensation.
4. The data provided by STEITZ SECURA are subject to regular changes. After STEITZ SECURA reports changes, the previous versions of the data may no longer be used by the user for any purpose. The brands and the logo of STEITZ SECURA may never be used outside of this agreement without the prior consent of STEITZ SECURA. Any display of changes has no retroactive consequences, in particular no effects on product images / information that have already been used and that were already placed on the market prior to the display by the user.
5. STEITZ SECURA products and logos must always be of high quality.
6. The rights of use for media data from STEITZ SECURA are not restricted to a specific content, period of use or use in a specific country, unless a restriction is explicitly stated by STEITZ SECURA. Once the period of use has expired, the STEITZ SECURA data may no longer be used by the user. The user must ensure at all times that STEITZ SECURA is exempt from all claims and claims by third parties in connection with the use of STEITZ SECURA’s data, provided that the claim / claim is caused by a fault on the part of the user in the context of the different use of the data in accordance with this Agreement is due. In return, STEITZ SECURA assures the user that the data made available by STEITZ SECURA is free of third party rights that could restrict use.
7. The user is not permitted to pass on the usage authorization granted by STEITZ SECURA to third parties, unless STEITZ SECURA has given its prior written consent and the third party has agreed to the conditions agreed by STEITZ SECURA in this user agreement before using the data.
8. The obligations arising from these terms of use are exclusively subject to German law, without the application of a conflict of laws or legal choice provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes that refer directly or indirectly to these terms of use is the Rockenhausen District Court or the Kaiserslautern Regional Court. In addition, STEITZ SECURA has the right, at its own discretion, to take legal action against the user at his last known company headquarters or at the company headquarters of his subsidiaries.
9. Should individual provisions of this user agreement be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. STEITZ SECURA and the user undertake to replace the ineffective provisions with an agreement that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective provisions. The above provisions also apply accordingly in the event that this agreement proves to be incomplete.
10. STEITZ SECURA can replace this user agreement with a new user agreement at any time. STEITZ SECURA can also decide at any time to revoke the authorization to use the data provided.
